All participation, training, and certification provided by the academy are solely for educational and skill development purposes and do not constitute any guarantee of employment, sponsorship, or financial gain.

CODELABZ INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY also does not act as an intermediary, representative, or official partner of any government agency, ministry, or private organization, unless clearly stated and officially verified in writing by both parties.

Any individual or external entity found to be using the name CODELABZ INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY to solicit funds, assistance, or personal gain is not an authorized representative, and legal action may be taken against such misuse.

1. Media Usage Policy

By participating in any program, course, or activity organized by CODELABZ INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY, all participants agree that:

  • The academy reserves the right to record, photograph, or video any part of the training session.

  • All recordings, photos, videos, and testimonials may be used by CODELABZ INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY for promotional, marketing, reporting, documentation, or publication purposes without any compensation or further consent from the participant.

  • All copyrights for such materials remain the exclusive property of CODELABZ INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All payments made to CODELABZ INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY signify full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  • All payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once made.

  • Any change of participant name, course, or date is not permitted unless approved by the academy at its sole discretion.

  • Participants are responsible for keeping proof of payment for their records.

3. Program Changes & Cancellations

  • CODELABZ INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY reserves the right to:

    • Change the date, time, or venue of any program without prior notice.

    • Cancel, postpone, or replace a session due to operational, technical, or unforeseen reasons.

  • Participants will be notified of any changes through official communication channels such as WhatsApp, email, or the academy’s website.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

  • CODELABZ INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience suffered by participants during, before, or after any training session, whether directly or indirectly.

  • Participants are solely responsible for their own safety, personal belongings, and equipment during the course.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property

  • All learning materials, videos, slides, and resources provided during training are the intellectual property of CODELABZ INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY.

  • Participants are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, reselling, recording, or reproducing any materials without prior written consent from the academy.

  • Any violation may result in legal action.

6. Privacy & Data Protection (PDPA Compliance)

  • Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for registration, communication, and administrative purposes.

  • CODELABZ INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY will not share or disclose participant data to any third party without written consent.

  • Participants have the right to request access to their personal information held by the academy at any time via written request.

7. Participant Conduct Policy

  • Participants must maintain discipline, professionalism, and respect toward instructors and fellow participants at all times.

  • Harassment, unauthorized recording, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.

  • The academy reserves the right to terminate participation without refund for any misconduct or violation of academy rules.

8. Testimonial & Content Usage Consent

  • By providing feedback, testimonials, or messages (verbally, in writing, or recorded), participants grant full permission to CODELABZ INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes without prior notice.

9. Force Majeure

  • CODELABZ INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

    • Natural disasters, government restrictions, internet disruptions, fire, flood, pandemics, or other emergencies.

  • In such cases, the academy reserves the right to reschedule or replace the affected sessions without refund.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

  • Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

11. Automatic Agreement Clause

  • By making payment, completing the registration form, or attending any class or program under CODELABZ INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY, the participant is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions voluntarily.

12. Right to Amend or Update Policy

  • CODELABZ INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY reserves the right to amend, update, or modify any part of this policy at any time without prior notice.
